len,

now you are being funny mate!!!not a nice man saying that.

I never get p of mate, have not got the time to be like that in this trade.

Just came on here to see if any one knows anything about it realy, looks like know one knows,so have to make some calls tomorrow and try to get it fixed, and then we shall be full steam ahead cleaning all these nice peoples carpets,in the south west area!!
This little thing is nothink conpared what i had to do when i first bought it i tell you, lots of carpet cleaners out there do not look after there machines and this machine was not looked after at all...services etc!!! But now its like a new one and it realy runs well, and we do  like to look after our machines we have in our bussiness. They always say look after the goods, and then it will never let you down.Always got back up machines, just incase.

Ps i would rather keep it for spares, than put it on bludy ebay mate!!

                                 Regards Gary

Your not the only one with machine troubles Gary. Mine packed up on the job yesterday. Had to get the porty out. Looks like I am going to spend yet another day in the van hunched over my machine trying to give it the kiss of life. Roll on the day when I can drive down to Hm with a large wad in my pocket and get a new one.

I know it sounds obvious but why not give Woodbridge a ring and ask them for some help. I'm sure they will give you a few pointers in the right direction.

Hi there nevil,

well i don't mind getting my portable out and using it mate!!! lovely machine.

truckmount works ok,just got no heat mate, thats all...its not that bad matey.

Sorry to here you got trouble again mate, its only teething probs nev,u will sort it.

Anyway hope to do that deal tomorrow for new machine,i need at the end of month...Contract for a year,i hope...well subject to price o f course...we shall see.

I think what i might do is trade my truckmount for a new hyra master,as i got a bit of money to spend as you do,may give them a ring and see what the deals is about.its the best time to buy now if you can.

Quicker to ring than this mate!!!

                                    Regards GARY

Hi Gary

Clinton missed a digit off my number in his post the correct number for me is 07938 696634. I had one of these machine for a while and many problems with it.

The invertor in the metal box if the original could be your problem. Run the machine as normal and put a multi-tester to the plug to check you are getting a steady supply.

It may also be the starter motor. Same thing used in neon light tubes. Or the ignition system. The parts for the ignition system are all from www.dualpumps.co.uk. Their website is pants so a order a catalouge as it will useful.

Plugging the machine into the mains will give you idea as to whether it is the invertor or not as suggested above.

As suggested above find a Kubuto agent for the engine and the rest apart from the blower could be serviced by any pressure washing service agent.

There is someone on here called Des who is somewhere near you in the wild west. He had one these machines and may know somewhere near you. I will try and find his details.
