it has a Kobutu engine which can be serviced buy a Kubuto lawmower/small digger dealer.

it has a burner which can be serviced by any pressure washer dealer.

the only electrics (apart from the engine ignition system) are for the 12v converter which powers the burner, is this what you are having problems with?.

hi there mate,
Have you got his number or not!

The problom is with the boiler light on the converter should stay on red,but it just keeps going on and then of
so thats why my heater will not work with out it on red constant,so the relays then will cut in when normal when you switch the heater on,on the control panel!! Also i thought there was a problom with the switch,so i have put a new one on,but its still the same.
This is why i am trying to sove the bludy problom with it,apart from that little thing  it works lovely.

                                          Regards Gary.

ok,

Thanks very much for that.

I have been out a today in this weather to try and solve it,but i gave up to cold in the end!

As they say have to use me portable for tomorrow for this other job anyway,as i think its going to be very cold tomorrow and that bludy ice again will be about,so that will knock the truckmount on the head anyway...Frozen pipes and water etc!!

I know its a job i have to do when i have got 5 mins to protect the inside from the cold outside, well when its warmer any way.
                                                    Regards Gary.

TM operators in general either service their units themselves or face a lenghy drive to the main dealers. In my case two services in 12 months, each round trip of 500 miles. Alltec near Cambridge will service any Truckmount.

Well clinton,
it does not bother me porty or trucky mate, longs i get the job done and get paid thats the main thing.

I have a niga portable,so its not to bad.

The other day i had to use it for about three jobs, when it was below -3.

Got to earn those bucks mate or else we shall stop running all together, and we don't want that to happen!!

Well if we do than we will go out on the ice road and join my mates, and get trucking.

Only snag is its bludy cold i tell you!!

                                   Regards G.

Dave.
Thanks for that Dave,

i think i should open a work shop for all makes of machines, and of course get the right people to do the job,and i could make a lot of bucks for the services!!

My truckmount as this little bludy problum which has just started lately, its a pain just using the cold water.
I hope to get it sorted soon i hope, when the right person can tell me what the problom is.

As i have service this machine my self, and this is the only thing i have not sorted out!!

Traveling all that way for a miner thing,is pointless to me if i can sort it my self.

But some people do like you say.

                  Thanks for the advice
                                                    Regards G.

Hi, have you tried removing the plug out of the inverter and then plugging it into an extension lead from a mains socket. If the boiler works after this then it is something electrical. but at least you can still use your machine. I plug into the mains all the time when working as I find this is more reliable, the problem maybe the inverter as this gets soot in it (especially if your exhaust has ever broken) I would advise you to look around for any replacement parts as I have found that the prices vary alot and most parts are quite common

thanks mate,

The exaust is all outside and the converter is all sealed inside a metal box.
So nothink can't get in there at all,i think its some thing electrical as well, but its knowing what to do to solve the bludy problum, and to let the right people look at it.

                Thanks again

to get inside the metal box all you have to do is remove 4 screws and then you will see the inverter with the mains plug, just remove this plug and plug it into your extension lead from your house and job done

I am only trying to help! I do have one of these machines so I do know a bit about them.Try contacting hydro-dynamix franchisee from weston super mare (if he is still with them) his name is Andy Crawford, he might point you in the right direction for servicing
