Hi does anybody know what size tread the hose on the detail tool takes. I know the quick release end is 1/4" but looking for the valve size, or someone that sells them.

the thread that screws into the valve of the handtool is smaller than the thread on the QR at the oppisite end (but its the same on a wand valve)
If bud is correct that the QR is 1/4" then the valve must be smaller
this picture might show the difference

Sorry, 1/4" connect side, 1/8" at valve side.

That valve which is on the QR coupling looks interesting ( small ) where do you get them from ?.
