Vikan brush 16"
« on: January 21, 2009, 02:57:53 pm »
I bought a 42ft carbon facelift fibre waterfed pole from cleantech years ago. I was hoping if anyone know if I could get a Vikan brush to try on my 42ft carbon facelift fibre waterfed pole or not.

Don't want to buy a Vikan brush if i can't use it

Thanks

David

Dont buy a Vikan brush as they are quite heavy especially if you are going to be using it at 42ft although it will be light compared to the Facelift brush that i assume you are still using instead get a Superlite brush from Gardiners might cost you more but it is a vastly superior brush made for window cleaning

Yeah I am using Facelift brush and it can get heavy if I am cleaning 4 storeys high.

I will have alook at Superlite brush.

Another benefit of the Gardiners dual trim is that at 40 foot you can rinse on the glass with perfect results.

david wood window cleaning said cleantech sell a adaptor, cleantech also sell the jets and bits of pipe and the pipe T connections, its easy enough to build your own brush, you only need a drill, so you can build a 4 jet brush

It is a personal choice i too have a Vikan brush that i have shaved down so its lighter but i still prefer the super lite brush but will keep the Vikan for the shorter pole

So you can use the Superlite brush on the facelift poles then?
