Dont buy a Vikan brush as they are quite heavy especially if you are going to be using it at 42ft although it will be light compared to the Facelift brush that i assume you are still using instead get a Superlite brush from Gardiners might cost you more but it is a vastly superior brush made for window cleaning
its a personal choice thoughi swear by the Vikan , i have trimmed mine down in weight now though

Cleantech do the adaptor. what i will say ive been using facelift poles for 3 years now and up and till late last year i used vikan brushes, I have now gone superlite brushheads and my god its a massive difference when working over 30ft
Yes they use the same thread and thats whats on my facelift pole
