another w/c round for sale

ok this round takes £600 every 2 weeks
its on a council estate in north manchester and all priced at £3 .... yes i know its a meesley sum, however the work is so easy its unbelievable and its really really compact its only the odd house that doesnt have a w/c everything else is covered by us ....... yes its a council estate but the residents are really nice people, and the majority pay as you clean
ideally i want 3 months money for this one....... any offers welcome

no good for me,
but you say the work is every two weeks at £600. So twice a month, for three months would be 6 times the amount ...
6 x £600 = £3,600, is that right?

in manchester they can go for 10 cleans
i sold a round last year for 17 cleans
a round is worth what someone is willing to pay
