round for sale duckinfield manchester this round was built by me 4 years ago, i then sold it to my mate last year, now he wants to sell it and come back to work with me
the work is 2 weekly and takes £410 per clean thats £820 per month, its a good little round for a starter or as an add on

no chance i would pay that sean, unles they were really well priced, knowing the area there prob priced about £4 may be wrong

ronnie your right priced at about £4 however there is a few priced at £7 and a couple priced at £15, there is also part of the round that is very very compact 1 bed flats who all pay as you clean..... wfp would be not very good on this round as it is quicker to do trad.
the round can be done in 1 full day by two good ladder men
however there is no buy it now price the lad is open to all offers

please remember the round is every 2 weeks, so it never really gets dirty, also the prices have never been put up since i built the round 4 years ago

when was the last time it was cleaned?
has it definetley been kept up with every 2 weeks?
does your book show this?
what are the customers like at paying?
when is it normally collected?
have any customers droped off since the recession started?
is it all normal 2 storey height?
on the £4 houses how many windows?
years ago i worked in dunkinfield - are they the ones with two massive front windows?
