Just over the border from Mossy. If he gets his sheepskin coat on quick he could turn a quick profit.

Not my system lads.

Sold my Tex system 18 months ago to Steve Gunn.

Bought DF system 2nd hand, kept for 14 months then sold that in Nov08 to John Gregory.

Now have a 15" Numatic which I have had about 12 years, and the Cimex C48 which I bought off Shaun in Oct 08.

Looks like a very natural upgrade path to me.

Few reasons.
I had a demo about 5 years ago of both the Tex and DF systems. Both similar principles though both have a patent so must be different.
I chose the Tex.
I used it a fair bit but got fed up with the wringing over a hot water tub. but did a good job.

Sold it, got the DF system.
Didnt really use it a great deal. To get the best from it you need to use the DF fluids and they are effective but expensive. Still had to do the wringing, but also did a good job.

I suppose with both I never got a good routine of managing the pads.

Solutions UK have just brought out some fluid that is SIMILAR to DF fluids, but at less cost.!

The Cimex, though heavier and definately more suitable for commercial only, is easier to manage in the pad area being encapsulation biased.

Also, I only have a few years left in me so want to be able to use as many different systems as I can while I can.
Not tried a Rug Doctor or Karcher yet though  ::)

Cant understand these 2 units on ebay.

One is finishing in 6 days and is at a higher price then the one finishing in 2 days, but that one has a load more pads with it - and they aint cheap.

What I mean Clinton, is the better package that has only 2 days to go is currently the lowest price. The lower package with 6 days to go is the highest price.
Seems wrong way round to me.

Joe,

Hard to tell the condition fully from the photos. Also what life have the pads left?, again not totally visible.  Both tanks seem clean, but what condition are the rotary's in?

I have sent the guy with the 4.0 a messgage asking various questions about the machine.  Anyone that is not mechanically minded or has not had experience with TMs i would advise against a 4.0.  They are a good machine when working ok but a pig when something goes wrong.  Most of the wiring & stuff could be disconnected as its normally that that goes wrong.  The 3.2 is a great little machine,  rare those go wrong and even when they do they are very simple to sort out.

I only found it cos he was also selling a spotting machine. Not sure what section but he had put truck mount and spit fire for some reason, almost as if he didn't want someone to find it.
