So given that the weather is not really wfp combatible what are we going to do to earn the pennies...?

It was -6 showing this morning.  Yesterday, I took the precaution of bringing equipment inside.  Also, I opened the pump box up.  I then stuffed some of that fibre glass matting (insulator) into a carrier bag, packed it around the pump, and screwed the box back up.  The pump was working this morning whereas it froze up last week when the temperature wasn't quite as cold.  Hopefully, my rather tacky looking solution was the answer.

As said, screenwash in water, i find trad better in sub zero temps than wfp. ;)

Just thinking the same as you mate, I have some lucrative commercial stuff waiting to be done, but it won't get done in this.
Another month like this and I will have to think about getting the ladders out. I bet the decking would be lethal on the north side of houses too, sod it ,I'll wait till it warms up.

ok cleaning

Went shopping today and the sound of ice in the water tank was erring, it sounded like I had the ice berg that sank the titanic on board.
