I uploaded and had nothing but problems so I too switched back to old version. Is it safe to use new version now. Has all the bugs been sorted?

uploaded printed "New" debts list mistakes a few shall we say!

Hi Guys

The upgrade did show up a few "unwanted features" in the previous versions but there's a fix program to sort them out and everybody seems quite happy now.

Once we are all comfortable with this version I will start on the next major update. That one won't cause as many problems as this one...

::) I haven't worked since last update (1 week) as I said I changed the certain "Debts" myself... not knowing if anything else has been changed that I missed!

Should I simply reload new version and use the Data Restore Utility? ??? ??? ???

Any suggestions ?

Yep Paul is the geezer when it comes to replying, i must have had 50 replies within the hour from Paul over the years.

One thing you cant fault him for is customer service.

On the new version, you can put a reference in the payment box. I use it to record the cheque numbers.

I asked paul if this could be included on the customer statment, so when you do a print out for a customer it would show the cheque no they paid with.

What do you use the reference box for?

I do recommend this "George Systems" to everyone!
I can't fault it in anyway!
I do get a bit "TETCHY" when things go wrong with downloads etc ... Why? ... Because I panic, I'am not very good with computers!
I am sorry, Paul!
