I wondered about the reference and i'm sure it's usefull but haven't used it yet.

Just a thougth but....

This probably means a load of unecessary work but i was just wondering would it be possible to print off -along with the days work list- a list of payment slips of the sort that are put through a customers door saying we cleaned today etc - the date- the date of the next clean- and any outstanding balance. These could come off at about four an a4 sheet and we coulld cut them to size and they would be ready for the days work; thus saving even more time and being even more professional.

I realise many wouldn't want this improvement but I think it is a clear way forward and welcome any add on utility that did this. What do the rest of you think?

I think its easier to just keep payment slips basic and just add the price of the clean to them as needed, If they are pre printed you wouldn't always use them if the customer turns out to be home, I do have the luxury of living next door to a printer though!  I clean his 2nd floor windows and he prints my payment slips

any one think it would be better if when you mark a customer off as paid if they owe from other cleans you can also mark them off as paid instead of havin to go out of your job list then into your debt list look them up mark as paid back out into your job list for your next customer  .  slows us down a lot

In the new version of pocket george you dont have to, it does it all in one go.

happy days i think george is brilliant only been using it for about two months also think maybe on the houses where you have made a note the part that says notes should maybe be highlighted or something to let you know theres a note to be looked at
