Most do but on cheques it's often "is it gould or gold?" Don't mind that....A few in one area where a w/c upped sticks and left calls me Graham (name of previous w/c)One even calls me Sean (name of previous to the previous w/c!!)One calls me Gary - no idea why at all, I just let it pass. :

I always try to remember customers names and they seem to know mine. It is easy for them though - my name is splashed all over the front and back of my uniform. Chat to them about their families, my family, their car, etc as well which helps build the relationship.
