The cimex system is a better alternative to truck mount cleaning for commercial environments. :

Encapsulation explained
Encapsulation is a newly established, low-moisture carpet-cleaning process designed especially for high-traffic commercial carpets with
moderate to heavy soiling. It works by using a specialized carpet-cleaning machine with an encapsulating detergent. The agitation of the
machine, along with the detergent’s chemical properties, quickly breaks the bond between the soil and the carpet fiber. The crystallizing polymers from the detergent surround the soil particles—hence the term “encapsulation”—preventing them from reattaching to the carpet fibers.
These crystallized soil particles are then easily vacuumed up. Polymers left behind in the carpet fibers can actually retard future soiling, as
remaining crystals provide a light film on the carpet fiber, keeping them from attracting more soil. Routine vacuuming continually removes the crystallized soil particles and as a result, many carpets stay cleaner longer.
From the FieldJeff Helmer, owner of Executive Carpet Cleaning, often relied on truck-mounted units to clean carpets. When given the task
to clean the carpet in an assisted-living facility, Helmer knew a truck-mounted unit would not be feasible. After viewing a demonstration, Helmer concluded that he would get better results with encapsulation technology. At first, the facility’s building manager was unsure that
the smaller encapsulation machine could do the job. Helmer decided to perform a side-by-side demonstration for the building manager using the truck-mounted unit and the encapsulation process.
After the demonstration, the manager could see that the truck-mounted unit removed the dirt but took longer and left behind a residue while the encapsulation machine cleaned the carpet in less time and left it looking brand new. He immediately asked for all of his carpets to be cleaned using encapsulation, allowing Helmer to reduce labor costs, decrease cleaning time, and get the job done easier.
