Hats Off To Ionics
« on: September 22, 2008, 09:55:58 pm »
I've just got the Ionic's brochure posted to me, and what a great read, I feel like rushing out and buying one of their systems immediatly!
They explain things very clearly and I must say I can't argue with any of it. A brilliantly put together brochure and product range package. They even put systems into pre owned vans to reduce the price. They call this econosys and an example given is renault trafic with a fitted pro 6 600l reach and wash system plus bits  and two days training for £13,182.
Not bad for a turnkey business.

A couple of bits i didn't understand though a pro 3  5   6 and 7 all come in 300 600 and 1000 litres, what's the difference say between a pro3 600l thermo pure and the same in a pro7?

This is a genuine post, I admire them very much for making their products so appealing and adding a bit of zest, please don't turn this into a knocking thread.

I like the upkeeper in the brochure, but think they are way too pricey.

And I don't know what the difference in their systems is, I have a system that is alot cheaper!

I have the brochure :P

The pro 7 is the green machine.. its uses 100% of the water through the RO unit.

pro 6 is the next best machine but the RO wastes 60%.

the pro 3 is for soft water areas, no need for salt and back washing, and no ro unit, just di.

Yeah i got 2 of those van and system brochures today.

That's £8200 + vat I assume..... Now that is a lot of money for a system.......

Well, im sure all that crash testing is rather expensive. Least you know for sure you'll be better off with an Ionic system than anything else out there, if you where to have a accident.  :o

if you noticed they never mentioned the runnig cost of that machines each of that color changes cost a lot of money and you have to replace them quite often big picture is it costs much more to run than the system itself

13k, what i've read on here thats only a weeks worth of work to some  ::)

Don't forget if you have a bank loan for how ever much you need say over 3yrs and then in a years time you want to move house the mortgage company will take your payments for the loan and deduct it from your earnings, where as ionics go the lease to buy route that way it won't affect a mortgage loan. Also what ever you pay out on a system and fillters you off set against your tax anyway.

I would prefer to work hard and save up enough money to buy new outright than throw my money away to a third party for allowing me to borrow their money to buy what I want. I saved up to buy my Ionics guttervac outright in one go rather than have it on the never, never. I appreciated it more because it was all bought and paid for when I came to use it so I didn't have a financial noose (commitment) around my neck.
