Kev I'm sure you are good at your job but I do think that CD get a kicking sometimes because of their stature and prices.
The trouble is when you start employing people to do the work then the quality does suffer sometimes, you have to look the part and act the part be agony aunty and sometimes be prepaired to be a MR fix it as customers will ask you to do the most unusual things. If you were working for someone would you always go out of your way to do some of this and try and be home for tea?
Getting back to the question, CD are using TM's with a carbonated mix, the TM as I believe have 200psi pumps, loads of heat, the power of an entry level TM and a chamber to mix solution A to B to create the bubbles, the power head which is hardly used by most operators is an RX20 clone.
Nothing new really as you can't reinvent the wheel but you CAN remarket it!!
