Have found a couple off good guys there to but fed up of the ones that phone up and arrange to start and don't show but get there JSA for another couple of weeks for trying to find a job.

i'd say about 60% dom and 40% com. I will be moving more into the commercial as i get bigger! but i need to walk before i can run as they say

Thats bang on what i thought would be reasonable to pay staff, although i was going to make a £100 of it a bonus for turning up every day and completing all scheduled work

I bet it does, and it will sort the men from the boys so to speak as to who is consistent, and will be consistent for a long time, do you make your staff carry on in the rain? or do you just not pay?

Also i'm looking for some good guys for when we get really busy to call in on a sub contract basis, would work alongside my guys to make up the no.
