i pay £430 through P.A.Y.E. for an 8 hour day 5 days a week to me that is worth it when finding the right guys. plus you will have less chance of them leaving. Charlie. your right mostly about the job centre but i have found a few good guys through it, just have to siv through the crap ones first!

CharlieI see your pay rates are similar to mine , basic anyway, i pay £300 for 40 hours, and make no stoppages for dinner or breaks.How do you find the retention rates with that level of pay, I always feel under pressure to pay them more, to stop them leaving.
