m.b.s  who do you address your letters to at the homes
you need to try and find out who is inchage of the window cleaning part
a phone call is best way to find this out
then address the letter to them
bit of messing around but could be worth 5 mins of your time ;)

i have got my nursing homes and care homes through word of mouth, i wouldnt know who to go to to get the work or if they already have a wc but i think there good money (not the best but good) and gives you a good break from other stuff, if you have a long day on residential its always nice finishing on this sort of thing.... (well thats what i think anyhow) mine pay instantly by cheque..
