I have a conservatory roof ladder for sale less than 12 months old, reason for selling is to free up much needed space in my back yard. Price is £200 or i would consider a swap for a 500 or 600 layflat tank. The ladder is located in louth lincolnshire  i will not post due to size but open to negotiation on meeting half way.

hi craig ive only used it in replacing the roof on an outbuilding i meant to advertise and get more conervatory cleans to use it on but didn't get around to doing so, i would like to keep the ladder but i need to free up space in my yard. I think postage would be expensive due to the size but you are welcome to organize it to be picked up by a parcel firm.(postcode is ln11 0jw) i would prefer collection or to meet half way rather than post it. If you are still interested give me a call.

hi mate, did the ladder sell, is it the one at promo price 399 from the firm in bristol with the levelling feet and the non marking roof crawler  ?, i only live in lincoln so collection is not a problem. is there any movement on the price ? e-mail is info@choreshygiene.com

no i didn't buy the ladder from the firm in bristol and yes it does have self leveling feet and non marking roof crawler and i £200 for a barely used ladder im sure you will agree it is a bargin.

Nice and clean thanks for your email i can't respond to emails at moment as im having problems with windows mail, i would prefer buyer to collect or meet up and inspect ladder to make sure they are happy with it and then pay cash.

because i couldn't be bothered with the hassle of posting such a large item, and if you had looked hard enough you could have found a new one for less than £450.

 Only one person contacted me using the mobile number i provided so this is the only person i took serously and this person now has the ladder. If you had of called me we could have come to some arrangment and you could have saved yourself some money, so why didn't you call me?

but went for the one at £449 free delivery..( different make )any one cheaper than that didnt have  free delivery to belfast...I thought you hadnt got yours sold.so my post was just to bring it to peoples attention that they were getting a bargain...
