If you give out a price in future then, say whether it includes vat/delivery  to make it clear. Too many suppliers hide behind this vat/delivery when giving prices, just my take on things
I got the figures off your site, if it's under construction and delivery not yet been sorted, then why show it :

you are dead right we have now taken the delivery off the site until up and running. the prices on the site are already inc the vat
