I was just thinking the same thing; I don't think this will take off as window cleaners like to keep there round info to themselves.

I am actually really insulted by that comment.  I am a professional woman with over 15 years of administration experience and have no intention of taking up window cleaning.  I have no desire to keep hold of customer details - once they have been set up on George they would be destroyed or returned to the client.  I am operating this business with the strictest guidelines in place and would never betray anybody's trust.  It is a sad thing when people's good intentions are put into doubt before they have even had a chance to prove themselves.

I do not think they was trying to insult you more being honest, you are a new member on here your website is not online and you would be asking people to trust you with the contact details of there window cleaning round and they will not know you.

That would be like me going into a bank and asking to see all there account details and promise to destroy them after I had looked, what would they say  :

You are asking a lot and I understand where you are coming from but trust has to be earnt.

do you have details of customers you have done work for etc this may help you get some work on here.

Most window cleaners would not give out customer details, data protection etc.

A simple search of this forum would have answered alot of the questions you have asked with regard to George, it's use and the amount of users that use it...

Just seems like a very blanket business stab in the dark without any investigation...no offence meant ,just an observation.

My website is currently under construction and will be available to view next week.  This is not a scam nor a stab in the dark - just a genuine offer of assistance to those who dont have the time or skills to carry out such tasks.  As you will see once my website is launched, I will be offering a number of different administration services (word processing, audio & copy typing, proof reading, spreadsheet maintenance, research, web design, etc) for those of you brave enough to use them.  This is a new business which I have launched in Surrey.

Quite, there is the small matter of the business model being illegal of course(data protection), not that that's ever stopped anyone of course.

Using George is easy, and if there are any problems, the back up and support is already there,

its a good concept Angel, but already done by George themselves.

i think its agood idea some one doing the finger work.... not just for george but  for other
paper work..you would need trust so over the net might not work ..but one on one i think its agood idea.

iam in belfast so i dont think it would work for me but was just thinking today that i would love someone to do some finger work.. george for ONE cant be arsed to put all my address in
