Has anyone heard of a confidentiality agreement? Maybe this is why Andrew hasn't replied to this post.
I can say that Andrew is a top man and that his customer after service is second to non!
He helped me with the transition from Trad to wfp and we all know how daunting that can be?
If he wasn't in the office when I called, he always took time out to phone me back with help and advice, how many companies do you know off, that do that? Normally they take your money and run?
After 18 months of being a wfp w/c, I have the same equipment I started with, although added to along the way, its used almost every day and worked trouble fee, so not only does he offer excellent after sales and customer support he also sells reliable equipment.
Give Andrew time out and I'm sure he'll respond to everyone as and when he can.
