Don't know him, apart from on here, but liked him. He did seem to have something on his mind...

I think that the suppliers have all moved on, it's no longer possible to sell bodge it products that you biult yourself in your shed. Several of the leading suppliers use the by window cleaners for window cleaners angle. One step beyond this is personalitys that are well known and trusted- Peter, Glynn, Andrew, Alex.

Even so the products are getting ever more sophisticated, the gutter vac and the slx for instance are in fact brilliant, and to take them further now you probably need a university style approach.

well that is a shock and a shame, up to now i have only bought all my stuff from him and will only speak to him, if im honest the other guys there dont know their stuff and dont seem to have the time for anyone.

can remember when andy was on holiday and i rang them several (5 or 6) times waiting for a price and a part and they seemed to get adjitated with me, andrew came back and they were at my house that next morning!!

andrew, you have to setup on your own or join forces with someone...

good luck in what ever you do and thank you so much for your help and lenghty conversations :D

Just thought as well, very often when you leave somewhere, or there is a parting of the ways, as a senior employee or part owner or whatever, you have those confidentiality agreements, and non start up agreements. And if there's either money or lawyers involved you have to keep your gob shut. ;) ;)

well if this is true, it would be a shame as he knows what was needed as he spent many years as a window cleaner

I'm sure he'll do okay, but it was always the combined effort of Adrew and Adepta engineering which made purefreedom so good. Good quality products, and advice and backup from a real window cleaner, who knows every in and out of the trade.

Shame.

Thought i would put my little bit in here,
Andrew mccann was the only person there that i really spoke with and got on with, when Bod told me about the system, andrew was the one i spoke to and sold me the trolley system,
i rang a few weeks ago because my pole busted and got another andrew, he really didnt have a clue, i had to buy another pole to get me on the road to money again but asked for a bit to repair the old pole, only went and sent me the wrong bit,
to be honest ive not had much luck with purefreedom as in customer care since i brought the trolley.
i will go elsewhere if i need anything now.
oh and they never replied to any email i sent,, nnice of them
Good luck Andrew and hopefully you will pop up somewhere else, where i wouldn`t hesitate to deal with you personally.
