Yes I attended the one yesterday Sat 16th May in Leeds along with about 20 others.

Started 10am went on til about 5.15pm
Buffet lunch (time for a chat with others) and break in the afternoon.

Informative and amusing - enjoyed the day.

Was obviously about marketing and the Alltec Anthea plan did come into it but no big hard sales.

Demo at luchtime of hard floor cleaning on the tile grout in the toilets - interesting to say the least as 20 people all peering into a single unit toilet with people walking past who were obviously going to a wedding :D

Picked up more then a few useful points and some more to think about as I re-read the notes I took and the manual with cd we received.

I can say it was worthwhile to me.

Good day, and no hard sell, herd a lot about and done a lot of the Joe Polish stuff, but actually having some one run through it rather than listening to it on audio made all the difference.
Going to try same letter as Steve, and see what happens, would love to do the Alltec training, only prob is they dont come up north for it, its all down south!!!!

The miss you letter can be worthwhile, but I hope it's not the original Piranha one .

Funnily enough.................I just received a " miss you " /  " long time no hear " card, yesterday.  Came from one of the internet gaming type sites which I've never been in, but ..................I automatically assumed it was from a previous supplier or someone I'd dealt with in the past    IT GOT MY ATTENTION.

A very good day, pricing is all in the mind it's only the knock backs we don't like!

I thought Alltec would have pushed the Fastrack and Perfect Care more but they were actually telling you how it worked nothing more, one thing it did explain at detail was that the relationship with our customers and our customers with us isn't all about price it's about service.

Great day, I'd recommend everyone should goto one.

I miss you letters do work.  I used them last year only tailored it to my taste.

However I dont think its the content of this particular letter that has the pulling power more that I contacted my customers and those who at that time needed cleaning rang me as did those who lost my number over the years.

Im very infrequent with customer contact so this is another reason it worked so well.

Sounds to me it was very timely that you sent out a "I Miss You " letter and it worked!
