I had to go for a quick refill I'm in a maisonette and block my neighbour in when producing "good job we get on well" the booster pump wasn't cheap though at around £200.

You can get a 160psi Shurflo pump which is also very good for boosting 4040 systems.

No, Before....

I am noticing that the TDS level is dropping as it fills up, Is this to do with the salt as the water is going through at a higher Pressure the salt levels are dropping quicker...?

TDS is now 15

They are as loud as the standard delivery pumps. So they do make a noise, but not deafening.

Have been going now for about a week and now running at 60 psi starting of at 7 TDS and when the tank is nearly full the water going in near the end  is 15TDS.....

One thing I did forget to do was when I striped the system down from the van I stupidly forgot to backwash the RO unit which I did everyday in the van....
