I have cleaned it for the past 18 years and the work is very compact covering 6 streets, ranging from terraced work = £5.00, semis = £5.50, 4 shops = £5.00-£6.00, some council = £4.00-£4.50
All good payers & will introduce you to every customer before selling.
The work is monthly and cleans £450.00, takes 2 men 1 & half days.

I also clean every street around the streets i am selling, and will sell on the condition that if anyone asks me to clean the streets im selling, i immediatly pass the work over to the person who buys the work & i expect the same on the streets im keeping.
That way theres no hassle,
I am also going to be selling the rest at some point, but not just yet.
