hope all is well as I have not been on for a bit.

I am selling the above which includes

VAN

2003 53 Citroen Relay 1800 LWB Hi Roof 45k MLS, Elec pack, FSH, CD

Previously suplied by myself.

Equipment

2yr old (max) Brodex 650 ltr RO System including various poles - one bought only last month with trigger

A vast range of traditional equipment including ladders

Business

Now For the Money Making Part.

I have approximately £1000 pw residential of which is mostly traditional and some pole. some of which are really really well priced

Commercial is £1300 Per Month of which is all poll and very well priced

Work is based around North West  & St Helens area

I advertised the business in October last year and decided I couldn't part with it as it earns good money and I built it from scratch about 5 yrs ago but I have other business interests which include a motor finance company and I am also a qualified financial adviser and to be honest I cannot manage it all anymore as I am really busy doing other things.  This is a reluctant sale and six months down the line of advertising it and deciding to keep it I am left with no choice of selling it. 
Some of you might be thinking it is too good to be true but it is genuine and some of you who have bought vans from me on here will know I am genuine.

Only genuine people contact me as this is a serious business and if someone wants even more income than what it produces then it is there for you.  This is a great business and will do even better for someone who can focus on just the one thing.

Brian,

I would sell my van and WFP System together but dont see the point in selling the van and having the system removed as it is ready for work.

Hi Chaps,

Looks like I will be selling individually - lots of interest so please keep it comming.

I have a few on for domestic and a few for commercial and a few for my van & equipment.

It does however look like the Commercial work is sold -

So I have at the minute nearly £4000 per month domestic work - Very well priced and my van

I will upload pics of van and equipment at the beginning of the week.

Brodex 650ltr tank approx 15mts old various large and shorter poles, hose reels, alloy goosnecks, splitters etc and manifold fitted to van so you can work safely,
