I am the same Dai...working at about 3 litres a minute use the water up but it has sped my work up no end.  I was too mean with my water when I first started and had to stand and rinse each window, but with such a high flow rate I clean and move onto the next window.

Interesting, most suppliers recommend 1,5l per minute minimum. Wouldn't double that be a bit....I dunno wasting water?  :)
