Well.... at last the day has come were i have got all my system up running and had a little practise yestaday on my own house clenaing windows with water fed pole.

Did a few places with my trolley today one from (scrim shady) great little thing really impressed with the results these are all first cleans had the dail set around 12-1 on the varistream and most windows came up spotless! the od 1 or 2 through the day that needed to be re done because dried little dirty or needed another rise off.

Cleaned one of my shops too didnt ask just started cleaning with it they didnt seem botherd!! much faster for me on that.

my arms feel as if there going 2 fall off tho 

wasnt any faster at cleaning them tho!! just hope next clean things will speed up a little!

One thing i am suprised about is how the public after hearing things from you guys is they dont like it? after about 5mins you can see parts of the windows have dried and are drying spotless! i couldnt see any problems if it was the otherway round and i was the customer

next clean will be same maybe a little faster it is after a few months you really see the difference in speed. Same as trad in a way learning wheree to put ladder, you know where to stand etc etc with a trolley not that i have used one you will place it in the right place.

WFP is a joy to work with imo you dont get that bordom of trad.

You will get faster not only are you learning a new technique you will be relearning your round like the best way to go round a house or even doing houses in a different order it all saves a bit of time till eventually you need more work to fill up your day

Yer carnt wait!! understand i have to learn it all again the windows around the house etc! as you lads say same with ladders because i used to the same route of the house up and down ladder each time just sort of happens lol.

i wasnt bored today!! sometimes i get bored in the day and put some music on my phone but today i didnt feel that and it was easy going!! i could of haply done more apart from my arms which are knakkerd

but i know il soon get used to that

I dont know how you are holding your pole but try working with your arms at your side more if you understand what i mean so you are not putting your arms above your head thats when i find that the arms start to ache

So no housewives come out and beat you to a pulp with their rolling pins then?  Just hope that they're not ironing when they take exception to WFP.  Those irons are pretty heavy.

lol, no not yet the most of the houses i did no one was in so... am sure it will come lol.

Glad it all went well, I did and still do worry but am getting there and sometimes you think it is not quicker than Trad but as like trad you will relearn your work and I have noticed this too

Crack on and make sure you have spare resin and filters already already

just done a house that wanted all windows and frames cleaned it was a new job so scrubed all the windows rised lots used quite abit of water but! was much faster than doing it off laders! took one hour to do were if i was just doing the windows trad it would of took 1 hour

The secret is confidence - once tou've done them a few times you'll know they will be ok and you can speed up. Just forget about speed for the first few weeks and relax. If you start racing the clock your arms and neck wll ache like you wouldn't believe and you get all stressed with that infernal hose.

No matter what you do your hose will ALWAYS get caught in the buggers !!!!

I was not working much faster when I went WFP, in fact I was wondering if I was ever going to be faster. Then I tried a higher flow rate and presto, I had cracked it. Using an extra 50 litres a day can make a hell of a difference to your rinsing time. 250 litres a day is ample for me on compact work. Dai

I am the same Dai...working at about 3 litres a minute use the water up but it has sped my work up no end.  I was too mean with my water when I first started and had to stand and rinse each window, but with such a high flow rate I clean and move onto the next window.
