We got a really trashed sofa from the charity warehouse.
Pictures of Me dying it and the finished  cushion next to the bad on. The one we did was in the worst condition.

Hi Guys

A fine body of men, looks like you had an interesting day.

Cheers

yes it was a very informative day and I've decided to take Dave Ls advice and increase my prices. I'm now charging £1 a ft and if any customers argue about it I shall tell them

'I charge £1 a ft..... BECAUSE I'M WORTH IT!!!' :D :D

anyone want any re-tufting doing?

Re tufting is like matching colour dye, it's easy when you know how the more you do the better you get. I used to do it 20 years ago when I worked for Servicemaster but I'm not sure my eyes are upto it anymore.

Hi

I've only talked to Dave Leahona once, he was offering advice when i wanted to increase my prices by 30%.

He told me to stop messing about & DOUBLE my prices.

Hi

I've gone for 50% increase combined with Special Offers so not really such a big increase , but my average job ticket will go up.

Just a quick note to say thanks to Paul for an excellent day, and Lorraine for the excellent food and drink. Also thanks to Dave Leahona for his retufting skills and enthusiasm. Good to meet you all. We should do it again. I'm now going to continue making holes in my carpet so I can retuft!
