It's a shame that I wonder if a few of us got together they would ship?

The twin, narrow slots look great, but the rest of the wand looks like it's very lightly constructed, similar to one I bought from a Cornwall distributor, a year or so ago, which refused to stop spraying even after stripping and reassembling.

As it only cost £95 I didn't bother to end it back.

Yes it was S*******s, but it was sold as a clearance offer and I couldn't be bothered complaining, so changed the fittings.
The one shown here looks very similar in it's lightweight construction, although the twin slotted head looks interesting.
Your little event seems to have gone well, though no mention of the leather side, as yet.

No mention of leather as they are all sworn to secrecy :-X and they dont want the penalties  ;)

But they are going to get lots of leather work this year  :)

Daves weaving and tufting is going to be a nice little earner too.

So yes they had a great day. Me too.

I've been thinking about it and there is a flaw in paul's new method of cleaning leather, not everyone has 2 small dogs :-\ :-\,

I can do it because I've a couple of westies but for anyone else going out and purchasing 2 little dogs might be a little bit troublesome, Paul could you get away with 1 big dog ( like a collie or a labrador)

I don't want to say too much but I couldn't find any Pedigree Chum today so used Tescos own brand and it worked just as well, the suite came up lovely

mike

ps 1 tip, don't feed the dog the morning that you are cleaning the suite

Thanks Paul for your efforts in putting the day on.  Always interesting to meet other cleaners to find out how things happen in the real world, not as often, it is portrayed on here and certainly not at "organised" events.

Jamie, did you put on the extra 5p a foot the next day and if so how did it go?

Mike, you have e-mail about the waxing of the diesel.

Anyway, hope it goes as well tomorrow for you as it did for us on Monday.

I would travel up to "see" you again only my sight is worse now than it was then.

Best, Dave.

P.S.  How did you all get on with the purple carpet??

Dave my email ad is different from in my profile so I wouldn't receive it, send it to paul and he can  forward it to me.

I haven't practiced yet as I'm trying to put a retufting toolkit together, it might be helpful if you could list whats in yours.

thanks

Hi Dave,

Yeah put an extra 5p per square foot and she didn't bat an eyelid. Come to think of it I must be too cheap, last year I converted every customer that I went to price first. Lost a load over the phone but there are cleaners cleaning for less than 10p a square foot local to me that get all the price buyers.
New years resolution is less work, more money. Thanks for the encouragement Dave.

Regards

Jamie
