took on a new customer gut feeling told me not to but quoted and after alot of huffing and puffing as im £5 a month dearer than the old w/c who has disapeared it was agreed i would fit him in and call the night before , when i call he says no not tomorrow call me early next week i will see if i can be about ! well i didnt bother i dont need them like that , well he calls tonight wanting them done tomorrow as its coming upto xmas !!

Sorry, but when I call you the night before it is to say I am cleaning in the morning and not for you to say call me next week, I cannot work like this. I am unable to clean you windows this week as you will be off round. So it will be in ......weeks time.
I will call again the night before but if it is not right for you again I will have to remove your from our cleaning rounds as we have other customers that want a regular service.

now he will either cancel there and then or will know you mean business and wait. If he does the same again drop him from your round, I tend to give 1 chance if this happens.
