Cleaning contract

Hi, we've just taken on a large commercial clean and they've asked for a contract.

I've had a look online and can't really find anything.

If anyone has a template they could send over that would be great 🙏.

A proper contract would be better drawn up by a solicitor who specialise in contracts , not some diy job

But at the end of the day a contract is not worth the paper it's wrote on

Btw why do they want a contract !

Thier previous cleaning company had a contract with them.. I've never had to provide one before.

Maybe I'll go see a solicitor
