your reading should be 000 after di with new resin, the only thing i can think is that you di vessel is not clean, if you are getting 001 form your RO that is very very good, your resin will last quite a long time

Hi m.b.s,

How long and aprox' how much water have you produced since the canister was new?

I have a 100gpd RO and a 750ml DI polisher.  The water from the RO is about 004 to 006 and I produce about 1700 to 2000ltr of pure water in 2 weeks when the pure goes up to 001.  I change the resin every 2 weeks.

I run my system from Wed to Sat which produces me a weeks supply.  After the first week I shake the DI canister before starting up the system again.
