I'm just wondering if I have done the right thing, any better options with this customer?
Went to do a quote yesterday and on the phone she asked if I do 'steam cleaning' and I said yes.
Turns up and immediately thought BW. Checked the backing and did a float test to confirm.
To cut a long story short she's oldish, bad eysight and is allergic to everything (alledgedly). I suggested LM but she insisted on 'steam only' cleaning. Tried to explain presprays etc but she wasn't having any of it.
So I said I'd do it but with some sort of waiver.
Now, I'm not so sure. My plan was pre vac using the Speedster power, sneaky mist with m/s (say I have to dampen it) aggitate and extract at only 100psi, with lots of dry strokes, doing the smallest room first.
All grippers are good bar one which will need sorting.
I've still time to walk away.
