Bringing in new technology to your window cleaning round is definitely not the time to up your prices by 50%.Whilst most customers are ambivalent about changing methods they are not in any doubt about a massive price rise.Customers generally know how often they want their windows cleaned, it is not our job to tell them this. We found when we introduced WFP 6 years ago into our Commercial and Domestic rounds that no one reduced their frequency because of our new methods.Of course if I was competing with your firm in your areas for work I would encourage you to 'up' your prices by 50%, because then I would find a lot of new customers coming my way!!
