Dozens? I find that astonishing. I reckon I probably lost a dozen at most. It seems that no matter how well you explain it or how well you market it, there will always be at least a few dissenters.
Do you have a very high proportion of elderly people on your round Rog? They often take a bit more convincing.

I always said when I was trad that my customers wouldn't like it.
It turned out a fairly accurate prediction.
90% of those that cancelled had no good reason. I'd done a great job.
They just didn't like the idea of it.
I also think a lot of them don't like the fact that you're obviously quicker and have an easier job, yet they still pay the same.
Thing is they're paying for the
result.
If I've spent a lot of money on a machine which does it quicker, then good for me.
I know what you mean about trying to convince them too much.
