Working height will be 60ft, this will equate to an actual height of the pole of 56' 6".

One point I would say is that working at these heights even with a pole of this lightness is still an acquired skill and takes a lot of practice to control. Before attempting any work at this height I would reccomend practicing at about 40ft to start with and then build up to using it at full height. Even though the pole can easily be operated by one person, at this height I would recommend that using it be a two person operation. The second person will be the 'hose' man and help with adding and removing sections (some will disagree with me but they usually will have had years of practice at these heights).

after testing it at height for you,

and being used to 70 feet for years i still have a spare man working close by i would add 45 is not an issue its that next section then it becomes a whole new ball game the pole you thought you knew is now not that pole at all.

Hi Guys,

WilliamX, I'm afraid that as of yet I have not seen your email, it might wend its way later who knows!

The statistics are as follows for the Super-Lite2

Pole...........Sections........Approx. Weight
SL-35.........6x1.7m...........1.3kg
SL-40.........7x1.7m...........1.62kg
SL-45.........8x1.7m...........1.94kg
SL-51.........9x1.7m...........2.26kg
SL-56.........10x1.7m.........2.58kg

The weights are for the pole only.

These weights are on the website here is the link http://www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk/acatalog/Pole_Weights_and_Lengths.html

Prices are yet to be fully finalised.

But as an introductory offer we should be looking at the complete pole package selling at about £350 for the SL-35 base package. Extra sections can be added to this to make it into the larger sizes, these should be about £52 per section.

sair, how did you find these poles? Alex, do I have to put my name down for that introductory offer? does the 35ft include, brush, 2mm jets, hose, and ez snap end fitting ? Luke

oh and what will the diameter of the sections be because if I am carrying 10 sections around in my expert I will need to know if they will fit! Luke

You can put your name down if you want but we should have enough to fulfill your order anyway.

The sections are 48mm in diameter, but the first 6 slide up inside each other so you would only be carrying 5 sections around effectively.

Hi Jack,

The fundamentals are all in place, we just have to refine a couple of details (minor but of importance). The European factory is closed until the end of August so we are waiting until September to finishing off these details.

We hope to release them as a 20ft, 25ft, and 30ft pole to start with. We feel that this will then complement the new Super-Lite range which starts at 35ft.

The SL-X is simply the worlds most advanced Water Fed Pole System - Coming soon from the home of the Super-Lite.

(How's that for a bit of hype!!) :)

There is always the website!

There were two members of staff in the office today but the phones were very busy and a lot of packing had also to be done for shipment, can't be in 2 places at once :) If you leave a message on the machine then someone will always get back to you.

Alex, do you think that these poles will make the big manufacturers take notice and basically copy your ideas because at the moment these poles sound like their going to be pretty good. Do you think the new superlites would be used by large cleaning companies who require very srong and durable poles because they employ staff that don't care for the work tools?

You've lost £100s and £100s off me too over the last few months by not picking the phone up.
Don't think many are impressed with an answer machine (me especially) I want a human being at the end of the line, not the promise of a call back sometime ::)
If you didn't spend so much time on here you could do a bit to help em out ;)

His time on here is just as helpful as it is in the office,i`m sure he has saved people loads of time and running around by simply telling them the solution to there problems on the forum. You might ask a question tonight and with his help be able to go to the van and fix it in minutes instead of having to wait until the morning until some suppliers open and tell you the same thing.
