His time on here is just as helpful as it is in the office,i`m sure he has saved people loads of time and running around by simply telling them the solution to there problems on the forum. You might ask a question tonight and with his help be able to go to the van and fix it in minutes instead of having to wait until the morning until some suppliers open and tell you the same thing.
Im certain not all of his potential customers know he is on this website, they would prefer a human to speak to, not have to wait to see if you get a return call, I just use others now, Cleantech always answer and are very helpful so it cant be that hard .Clear Vision obviously had the same problem.

I know some of you love him but I'm just stating facts ;)

Hi John,

Gardiner Pole Systems is not actually my company! I work as a consultant to them developing new products and ideas, etc, and sometimes provide technical support when asked.  I primarily run my own commercial window cleaning firm but help out with Gardiner Pole Systems, as and when I'm needed.

The Company is owned and run by my sister Kirsty.  The Company was started as an Internet based WFP supply business as this provides the ability to customers to access information and products around the clock.  We do not have a brochure or operate a sales team, we rely just on our website profile which happens to be one of the highest ranked window cleaning supply websites  in the world. The telephone support was added later due to customer demand and will no doubt increase as the Company grows.

I come on the Forum because I like to help out and it's amazing what I learn from everyone else.  It also raises the profile of the Company which is good for business (and Kirsty!).

"Cleantech always answer and are very helpful so it cant be that hard ."

Not what I'm hearing, there is a lot of murmurings going on about Cleantech.

I have found Kirsty to be one of the most honest persons around unlike some companies that fob you off with equipment you do not need.

Yip I also hate the answer phone but Kirsty always gets.

If you want a person on the phone and pay a higher price then Cleantech is the answer.

If you are willing to wait for an honest opinion then my vote is Gardners, at least they will not ask payment for the advise they have given.

Each to their own though.

Doug

Some of the products that Gardiner Pole Systems sell and will be selling in the future are my own registered and protected designs.  These products have been developed and tested at my own expense and because of this I do receive a license fee for any of these products that Gardiner Pole Systems or their distributors sell.  I currently have four products in development that Gardiner Pole Systems will be selling.

The other is two types of gooseneck, a new all aluminium one will be hitting the shelves in about two weeks and another has been developed to match the new brush.

People will start to think I've put you up to these questions to get a bit of publicity!  Do you want to work on a commission basis  ;)?

Hi Doug

Thanks for the comments.  It's nice to hear what customers think (good and bad).  I did give your idea some thought but economically it would not have been viable to have had the lids manufactured due to the relatively limited market for them.
