I have one commercial job in Coventry for sale. It's on a retail park near B & Q warehouse and Morrisons. I have been doing it for two years. Very easy quick work if you're local but I live in North East Notts so it is 90 miles from my house!! It consists of 8 large windows measuring 10ft wide x 14ft high single panes of glass plus the front door area which has 4 doors. This is what two of us do every month traditional cleaning with timescales:

week 1 - 8 windows outside plus front doors inside and out -  30 mins

week 2 - 8 windows inside and out plus front doors inside and out - 70 mins

week 3 - same as week 1

week 4  - same as week 2

We are trtaditional window cleaners so if you're WFP you will rip it round the outside cleans far quicker than we do. Obviously the internals need to be done traditionally with extendable poles.

So to total it up it's  200 minutes per month or 3hrs 20 mins for £150. That works out at just under £50 per hour.

The reason we are selling this work is that we live in North East Notts and it is 90 miles away and it's a 3 hour round trip tavelling only.

This is a large company which we continue to do other work for  nearer to home.

Payment is made by BACS the month after the previous month's clean.

The work can be done from 7.30 am until 20.00 and is all UNDER CANOPY!!  No problems with the rain we've been having.

Available in the next 2 weeks for £500.

Cause that's what they want, the windows cleaned every week, alternating between outside only and then both inside and outside.
