You really need to look into what time you have available for working/office/promotion/paperwork/holiday/staff.
Employing people costs a lot of money and has huge responsibilities, can you afford or dedicate the time to do this?
Sub Contract -You have to ensure they do the work, don't sell you short, give away a % of your turnover
Working on your own has benefits, you decide when you work, what work you do etc.....
You can only judge where you want to be and what you want out of this.
