i must decide on this as my buisness needs to be organized .ive took a  few days off to sort this out along with other work issues .so opinions wanted

Only you can decide what is best for you.

You really need to look into what time you have available for working/office/promotion/paperwork/holiday/staff.

Employing people costs a lot of money and has huge responsibilities, can you afford or dedicate the time to do this?

Sub Contract -You have to ensure they do the work, don't sell you short, give away a % of your turnover

Working on your own has benefits, you decide when you work, what work you do etc.....

You can only judge where you want to be and what you want out of this.

Don't follow the poll as what is good for the goose may not be good for the gander in this case??
