When i got my lance i used it on my own home and i got a bit carried away with it.
I Cleaned all my guttering inside and out, plus Fascias, then washed all the walls down (Not because of the mess from the gutter) then cleaned the windows (wfp).
It took me just over 1.5 hours.

craig where did you get your gutter lance from, would you be able to clean fascias and soffits with it as well as gutters
there are more windows than window cleaners so lets help each other

Got mine from Varitech. It extends to 24 foot and the swan neck for cleaning out the trough is on a quick realease.
Just take the nozzle off this and connect it to the pipe on the lance and you can do the outside of the gutters and the fascias.

Think i paid around £140 including the VAT
