I cannot speak for Aquacleans trolley but I have a Freedom trolley and all I can say about it is "it is a fantastic piece of kit" and has not let me down and does everything I has asked of it...easy to use/store/move around.

It has paid for itself many times over....

All in all a great piece of kit.... ;D

Cheers
Dave.

I have the Freedom Trolley and think it's a handy bit of kit.

It hardly comes out of the van now if at all, but know i have the option if i need to.

same here. I only notice the drawbacks when the job requires more than it can carry.

I visited the Freedom people today after getting their details from this forum. They are only an hour from me. I took my mate who is converting to WFP. I spent over £6k on my van mounted system. The trolley really impressed us. My mate is now going to have basically what I have plus the trolley for half what I paid :(  I ordered one as well. It seems really well built and is so compact when folded down. It will be really usefull for a lot of my jobs where I cant get my hoses to.

The only advice about tanks I have is get the biggest tank that your vech will accomodate...that not to say you have to fill it but is always there should you need extra capacity(vech weights and safety issues to be addressed).

Yes mate.

Instead of putting the pipe in the water container it's connected to a 400l tank in the van.

This was one of the reasons i got the trolley.

I have a 100m of microbore (6mm) hose which is connected to the trolley with a hoselock connector. If i need to take the trolley out it only take about 2 minutes to do.
But like i said i haven't taken it out for ages.

Pete.

What my mate is going to do is have a 650 litre tank installed and use the trolley to power it. He can just take it out when he needs to use it on it's own as well. Its got the same pump as I have on my van mount system. The 100PSI Shurflo so he can have a reel with 100 metres of microbore which I have as well. I wish I had known about it before I spent all those £££'s  :(

i have exaclty the same setup except that i use the trolley 99% of the time and pull the hose out rarely.
I do this 'cos i'm a bit homeless atm and i'm having to produce water elsewhere.
I use about a 1/3 less water now by filling 25 litre barrels (with submersible pump) than i did when i used the trolley as a van mount.
I also break no ornaments or plant pots wheeling a trolley around whereas i broke a several plant pots and a couple of statue/garden ornaments by dragging a hose.
A van mount is much quicker but i spend more on petrol by having to refill some days at lunch time.
The trolley is very water efficient but is a pain to refill on jobs that use more than 25 litres.

Thanks for that Pete ::)

The only thing i might say against the trolley is the bar / axle??

Think they have a newer trolley now but on mine the axle seems a bit loose.
Was going to fit a better one but as it stays in the van i haven't bothered.
