Hi guys,
I got a call yesterday from a company I sent an intro letter to who said they have loads of calls (from clients I guess) who ask if they clean the filters and fans etc in spray booths.
This company sells and installs spray booths and said they can give me work local or as far as I'm willing to travel.
I've done a search on here and there is only 1 topic relating to this, but it was about cleaning paint from the inside.
The chap from the company said it was dirty work and you'd probably need scaffolding tower. So, I was thinking it'll be the fan, all the duct work, I would imagine you'd change the filter paper, other than that I haven't got a clue!
I'd like to move toward this specialist area because the office cleaning is not growing fast enough, but how would I go about getting training. Obviously this would be industrial too wouldn't it?
I got a call in 06 to clean kitchen extractor fan, ductwork etc so I realise there is a major H&S risk.
Has anyone got experience of cleaning spray booth extractors?
Thanks in advance
Paul
