Hi all, Ordered my Sureflo Backpack from outreach systems yesterday arrived home today and it,s waiting for me.
Hows that for service.
Been using them 18 months and their equipment and customer care skills are excellent.
Had a leaking DI vessel last year got a new one same day.
Do any of you lot use them and if not who do you use and what are their products and aftercare like.
Thanks Robbie - Clearshine

Paul, The backpack was £175 + vat.
I have been using it today.
It has four settings and found the second setting was giving out enough pressure for regular use.
I was very impressed with just putting it on and off i went round the backs of houses while my lad did the fronts.
Did a £35.00 home in less than 20 minutes (setting up and closing van at finish)that normally takes 40 mins.
No hoses or mess and so much quicker than trad.
There was only one downside and that was that the 16 litre tank only cleaned 3 backs before i had to fill up again but still quicker and safer.
I will be on the look out for more work in the new year as I think we are going to get through our work very quickly.
Outreaches website has only just been done and does not have the backpack on but if you ring Chris he will sort you out.
The good thing is they are a large firm that have been window cleaning for years so they now what we all want.
Good Luck for the new year
