A friend of mine is selling off some work in the Chester area. I've taken some work off him, but whats left totals around £800 a month, all residential. Hes willing to sell it all in one go or split it up into smaller pieces if required and hes only looking to sell it for its value.
Its been established about 4 years and is all quite nicely priced I think.
