I am selling my complete exterior cleaning business as I am moving abroad it took me over a years research and over £££££££ to set it up so here is your opportunity to save yourself a lot of time and money. You can charge £60 a driveway or patio area, £45 per caravan you clean, drain jetting is a licence to print money as is the commerical work. Whats included:
R reg 1997 Vauxhall Brava 2.5 turbo diesel van, Taxed and Tested till Feb 2006, 181,000 miles, which has had graphics put on the winndscreen, both doors and rear. The van is seperated into 4 loackable compartments fitting all equipment perfectly with ease and space to spare. All compartments also have there own automatic lighting with is activated when compartment door is opened. The van benefits from all the electrics in place for a phone, winch, 2 way cb radio, spotlight on the front for night work and 4 orange flashing lights for road working. It also has a built in hot water heater and handwash basin. Van also has a twin tow bar mounted (ball and pin) so you can always tow comes with 2 stereos and does 500 miles to a tank of diesel about £60.
Trailer mounted hot and cold pressure washer/drain jetter works at between 3000 and 4000psi and an output of upto 8gpm with is fully adjustable. Trailer has a built on rell on the front with houses a 50m reinforced feed hose allowing you to have a constant supply of water whilst working. Also has 2 hi pressure hoses and reels mounted both approximatley 100m long allowing you to work upto 150m from your watr supply. Mounted on the trailer is its own diesel tank and water tank with stop cock system to prevent any back flow and a "dump valve to allow easy emptying of water tank for transportation. Trailer is electric key start with emergency cut off lever and pressure adjutment lever. You can run it with just 1 output hose or have both running together with a second man.

1 gun with quick release mechanism and rotating body through 360 degrees to allow easier working with ur hose never kinking all lances listed below are also quick release and rotate thorugh 360 degrees, believe me this makes your life so much easier.
1 zinc plate stainless steel single lance, 1 zinc plate stainless steel turbo lance, 1 zinc plate stainless steel twin lance with pressure adjustment valve on it to allow water to be blown away from areas being cleaned.
