Zero hour contracts?
« on: September 21, 2006, 01:47:59 pm »
Hi all

I'm a newbie to the cleaning game and I'm in the process of setting up. I'd like to employ my staff on zero hour contracts, especially at first given that I don't know what initial response I'll get (heres hoping!!!). Obviously I won't be able to guarantee these staff any hours in the early days and I can't seem to find much on the pros and cons of zero hour contracts. I used to work for a company that used them very successfully but don't have a copy of one. If anyone has a copy of one I'd be really grateful if they could send it to me so I can look it over or some words of wisdom from someone in the know would be much appreciated.

Many thanks
