Is this better than a turbo nozzle and what is it?
« on: October 16, 2020, 08:58:38 pm »
After watching this video I'm wondering if this is better than a turbo nozzle? I use a turbo nozzle on the vast majority of my pressure washing jobs but this thing seems to be cleaning just as good but seems to be more quick?

Not sure what it is and this is not my video (suggest to skip in parts). Seems to me to be quicker and just as powerful as a turbo nozzle?

Video is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ED-sVvG4IAo

I haven't watched the entire video but you do realize that it's being played a x3 speed not real time?

There is so little dirt on that surface you could almost brush it off with a broom and garden hose....

If your referring to the end of the lance it's just a 15 degree nozzle and he has a clip which holds other nozzles

What's with the sarcasm here of course I know the video has been speeded up. Also I 100% doubt you can clean that with a broom and a hose are you trying to take the p out of me here? I was asking a very simple question about the nozzle. I joined this forum for help and advice not sarcasm and p taking. Good for you that you have been going for years clap clap clap, meanwhile some of us are trying.

Darren is a well respected member on hear and offers a lot of helpful advice , I think you have taken what he has said the wrong way , I  totally  agree  with what he has said , if you put a hypo mix on that and scrubbed it with a broom and rinsed with a hose it would take longer but the results would be very similar , I wish all the jobs we did were that clean when starting

Where is the mention of hypo? He is saying a broom and a hose pipe (not Hypo mentioned). Why am I defending myself here I asked a simple question about a nozzle just an honest question that all it was? I posted it for advice not an argument....

You are the one who has been aggressive  and biting the hand that’s trying to help you out , I think you will find that it is just a standard quick release nozzle that are fitted on some lances , just give Ben a ring at Rutland pumps Ime sure he can sort out what you want .

With regards to your post - you appear to be wow'ed by the speed in which a normal 15 degree nozzle was cleaning what in effect is a very mildly dirty surface - as the video is sped up know one can tell haw 'fast' it actually was - I suspect it was quite slow

Yes in all seriousness you could clean that with a stiff broom and garden hose - it's not a seriously dirty surface - to you with your lack of experience might be impressed and so would any number of joe public but on here we have - shall I say a more critical eye

Your interest in the nozzle was answered and even a link provided - sorry if that offended you

It’s the same as the pre spray trick with High Alkaline.  You pre spray before the video or even the night before then start the video putting a couple of capfuls in your tank and hey presto it’s immaculate in seconds.  Exactly the same as 2 products on TV and they sell Millions of bottles a week because the gullable buy into it ;D
